History of Colloidal Silver

The silver labeled "ionic" is made by an electrolysis process and produces silver missing an outer electron due to the process.  It is similar to the silver nitrate but not as toxic and still very reactive.  Notice most all of the sellers of "ionic" silver sell it in very small parts per million, i.e. 5 or 10 parts.  Taken over a long period of time in even small dosages and you stand the chance of skin discoloration.

Being very reactive "ionic" silver wants to bond with something like stomach acid producing silver chloride.  Stomach acid is HCL, so you get silver chloride and a burp.  Not a very effective internal use of silver.
